Centenary Group Foundation
Centenary Group Foundation is a not-for profit company limited by guarantee, sponsored (or owned by) the Group and the Registered Trustees of the Uganda Episcopal Conference. The Foundation leverages funding from social investors and partners with a common social development purpose as Centenary Group and focuses on implementing programmes that generally improve the social welfare of its beneficiaries. All the Corporate Social Responsibility activities of the Group shall be housed under this foundation and will be responsible for the Social Performance Management of the Group and ensure that key social indicators are tracked and analysed to inform management decisions on the nature of social programmes to invest in.

Cente Tech
Cente-Tech is the technology company of Centenary Group. Centenary Group is aware that rapid advances in digital technology are transforming the economic and financial landscape in Uganda. To this end, the Group has created a technology company called Centenary Technology Services Ltd. (Cente-Tech). Cente-Tech will play a key role in placing the Group subsidiary companies at the center of customers' digital transformation and accelerate the Group's digital agenda.
Cente-Tech will be a key enabler to the success of the Group's strategy as it will provide the technological infrastructure for service delivery that is very critical to the operations of the Group and its subsidiaries.
